ventoriao is an online-only shop for women's dresses: midi and maxi styles for the office, easy knits and sundresses for days off, and dressier pieces for weddings, parties and evenings out. We keep the range focused on dresses so it is easier to compare cuts, lengths and fabrics in one place.
Who is behind the store
ventoriao is operated by LULUAZ LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our registered office is Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. That address is for company registration and official mail only — there is no shop, showroom or warehouse there, and we cannot accept visits or returns at it.
Where your order comes from
We work with apparel manufacturers and suppliers in China. When you place an order, it is packed and shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China directly to your address in the contiguous United States. We do not hold stock in a US warehouse, and we say so up front because it affects how long you wait: plan on 11–17 business days from order to doorstep (3–5 business days to process, then 8–12 business days in transit).
Import duties are already built into our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.
Returns stay in the US
If a dress does not work out, you do not ship it back overseas. Returns go to a returns facility in Kent, Washington, using a prepaid label we email you. You have 30 days from delivery. The details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Colors and sizing
Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizing varies between manufacturers, so the size letter you usually wear is only a starting point. If a product page does not show the measurements you need, email us and we will check with the supplier before you buy.
