Where your order ships from
Every ventoriao order is packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China and shipped internationally to you. We do not stock items in the United States.
Delivery timeline

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. The order cut-off is 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a US public holiday begin processing the next business day. Processing can take longer around public holidays in China, such as Lunar New Year and the early-October Golden Week; if your order is affected, we will email you. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier or customs delays can occasionally add time, and we will keep you informed if that happens.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $7.95 per order.
- Free standard shipping when your order total is $60 or more after discounts.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Carriers and P.O. Boxes
The final delivery in the US is made by USPS or FedEx. P.O. Box addresses are accepted and are delivered by USPS, because FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking
When your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number. International tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan.
Duties and taxes
Import duties are included in our prices — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on a ventoriao order, do not pay it; email us the notice and we will deal with it. No sales tax is added at checkout.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived 17 business days after you placed it, or tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email support@ventoriao.com with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos of the package and item within 48 hours if you can — it helps us file a claim with the carrier — but reporting later does not affect your 30-day return rights.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the order is processed.
