Orders and delivery
How long will my dress take to arrive?
Plan on 11–17 business days in total: 3–5 business days for us to process and pack the order, then 8–12 business days in transit. Orders placed after 6:00 PM MT, or on a weekend or US public holiday, start processing the next business day.
Where do orders ship from?
From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. We do not ship from a US warehouse.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 per order. Shipping is free when your order total is $60 or more after discounts are applied.
Where do you deliver?
To the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Can I use a P.O. Box?
Yes. Orders to a P.O. Box are sent with USPS, since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I owe customs fees or sales tax?
No. Import duties are included in our prices, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in processing; you can still return it after delivery under our returns policy.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from the day your order is delivered.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No. Email us first and we will send a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns, the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded.
When will I get my money back?
We issue the refund within 5–7 business days after the return reaches our returns facility. Your bank or card issuer may take another 3–10 business days to show it.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes, if the size or color you want is available. Email us and we will arrange it.
Sizing
How do I pick a size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with the size details on the product page. Sizing differs between manufacturers, so the size letter you usually wear may not match. If measurements are not listed or you are between sizes, email us and we will help.
