Currency and prices
All prices on ventoriao are in US dollars. Import duties are already included in the price you see. No sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping is $7.95 per order, or free when your order total is $60 or more after discounts.
Accepted payment methods
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. We only display methods that are active on our store at the time you check out.
How your payment is processed
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. ventoriao does not see or store your full card number.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will tell you and refund that item to your original payment method.
Order review
Occasionally an order may be held for a security review. If we need to verify anything, we will email you. If we cannot complete the review, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them within 5–7 business days after a return reaches our returns facility; your bank may take another 3–10 business days. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
