ventoriao.com is operated by LULUAZ LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe every dress accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and sizing differs between manufacturers. If you need measurements that are not shown on a product page, ask us before you order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. No sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Payment Policy.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any amount charged. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering.

5. Delivery

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. Estimated delivery is 11–17 business days. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery under our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

7. Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it by automated means that disrupt it, or submit false information. Content we created for this site, including our text and store design, may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
